摘要
运用“交替淬冷快热”法,成功地制备了氧化钕的纳米级均分散胶体粒子,颗粒分散性好,呈规则球形,最小粒径为35nm,纯度999%,详细讨论了“交替淬冷快热”法提出的基本原理,运用DTA/TG的分析结果,确定了产物的煅烧温度及热分解机理,并用XRay衍射对各种温度处理的粉末样品进行了观测和分析。
Using “queching quickly heating alternately”, the nanosize monodispersed colloidal Nd 2O 3 particles were firstly prepared. The XRD, DTA/TG and TEM were used to study the particles.
