摘要
对使用ＨＰＬＣ测定复方甘草片中吗啡含量提出了一种改进方法。从样品的预处理，进样的方法，柱温的控制等几个方面入手，大大地提高了吗啡测试的稳定性与准确度。对毒、麻品管理更有实际意义。
Some of improvement has been described in this article for determining the assay of morphine in compound liquorice tablets by HPLC. By means of improving the preprocession, the method of sampling, the controlling of the column temperature and etc, we have greatly improved the stability and accuracy of the morphine test. And it is also important to the administration of the drugs and narcotics.
