摘要
介绍了继电反馈整定PID参数的基本原理,通过分析惯性加纯滞后对象在继电特性作用下的输入、输出特性,提出了利用继电振荡获取有关过程对象的一些有用信息(如阶次、纯滞后时间和时间常数等信息)的方法.仿真表明,该方法在实际中是完全可行的,易于在微机上实现.
The principle of relay auto tuning of parameters for PID regulator is introduced.From analyzing the input and output wave forms of inertial plant with dead time acted by a relay input,the methods for obtaining some useful information,such as the plant order information,dead time,constant time and so on,are presented.Simulations show the method presented in the paper is completely feasible and easy to realize by a microcomputer.
