微波辐射氯化铁催化合成乙酸异戊酯 被引量:3

Synthesis of isoamyl acetate by ferric chloride under microwave irradiation

摘要 在微波辐射下,以氯化铁为催化剂,由乙酸和异戊醇合成乙酸异戊酯,探讨了诸因素对收率的影响。结果表明氯化铁具有良好的催化活性,当微波功率为中低火,反应时间25min,催化剂用量为0.4g,环己烷为带水剂用量为5mL时,酯收率可达82.1%,并且催化剂可重复使用。 Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol with ferric chloride as catalyst under microwave irradiation. The influence such as microwave power were investigated. Experiment results showed that ferric chloride had good catalytic activity,and the catalyst could be used many times. When microwave power is medium firepower, irradiation time is 25 min, 0. 1 mole of acetic acid, 0. 14 mole of isoamyl alcohol, the amount of catalyst is 0. 4 g, cyclohexane is 5mL, and yield of the ester could reach 82. 10%.
