摘要
预浸料是先进复合材料制品生产过程中的中间材料,它也是复合材料结构的基本单元;复合材料的力学性能、化学性能以及成型工艺性在很大程度上取决于预浸料的物化特性。本文综述了国内外复合村料预浸料质量控制研究的新进展,重点介绍了红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、高效液相色谱、差示扫描量热法等现代仪器分析技术在碳纤维、玻璃纤维/环氧树脂预浸料质量控制研究中的应用。
Epoxy prepregs are intermediate for advanced composite fabrication,and are also element of composite structure.The processability,strength and durability of these materials ultimately depend upon physicochemical characterization.An analytical scheme is presented for the determination of the chemical composition of composite matrixes.The applications of the instrumental techniques in quality assurance,such as differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),gel permeation chromatography (GPC),high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and infrared spectroscopy (IR) are discussed.
