摘要 中原濮城油田文213等区块部分油井井筒及地面管线结盐严重,常常造成盐卡、管线堵塞,严重的会造成油井躺井甚至大修。分析了油井结盐的机理与影响油井结盐的主要因素。通过采用清水洗井清防盐、抑盐剂清防盐、下防盐泵和防盐工具清防盐以及复合防盐解堵等技术,使文213等区块油井的清防盐工作大有改观,泵况得到改善,抽油机上行电流降低,油井泵效提高,检泵周期延长,产液量、产油量增加。节约作业劳务费用390万元,挽回作业占产910t,节约水泥车等费用15万元。 Crystal salt is worse in some wellbores and ground pipelines in W213 Blocks of Pucheng Oiltfield. It usually causes the salt to be blocked and the pipeline to be plugged up,which can stop extracting oil and need some workovers.This paper analyzes the mechanism of salt crystalizing and the major influence factors.By application of some technologies,such as cleaning well using water,injecting chemical medicine for restraining salt from crystalizing,putting pump to prevent salt from crystalizing,tools of preventing salt and preventing salt and dispelling jam technology and so on,the jobs of preventing salt have made a big progress. The pump condition and pump efficiency are improved.The cycle of pump detecting is prolonged and the liquid and oil production are increased.The operation cost is saved 3.9 million yuan.The oil production is retrieved 910 ton.The cost of cementing truck is saved 0.15 million yuan.
