The determination of fructose with diphenylamine as a chromophoic agent by laser reflection photoacoustic method was investigated.The influence of concentration of chromophore and hydrochloric acid,chromophoric temperature and the interference of glucose were examined.Under the optimum conditions,the quantitative linear range of fructose was within 10 -3 ~10 -5 mol/L and the detection limit was 1.8ng in 2.0μl of sample solution.The method has been employed to analyze various beverages.
