摘要 在汽车制动系统中对于Φ8以上较大管径油管的封接一直是个难题,这是因为制动油管通常采用的:喇叭口型和前锥115度型都不适用于大管径油管。而在一些卡车特别是重型卡车和大客车制动油管的管径,往往做到Φ10、Φ12甚至Φ15、Φ16,在这种大管径的制动系统中往往采用另一种连接方式——卡套式连接方式。另外由于车体空间的限制,一些油管连接端做得很短,例如Φ12管端仅30mm长,这在通常封接中是无法做到的。然而这些问题在卡套式油管中都被解决了。本文讲述了卡套式油管的制作方法,并且对卡套式油管的预先装配和装配过程中时常发生的漏油问题进行了探讨。 It has been a big problem in the seal and joint to the tube which the diameter over Ф8 at the automotive brake system. The reason for which are both the double flare and the single flare 115 type are not suitable for the big diameter tube. How over truces especially in heavy truces and buses, the dimmer of the rube brake can be reached atФ10, Ф12 evenФ15 , Ф16 because it adopted another joint method-ferrule type joint method. Moreover, limited by the chassis of a car, some joint end of tubes are too short, for instanceФ12 it's tube end only 30mm, it is hardly seal and joint by normal method, but can be solved by ferrule type tube . This article explained the making of the ferrule type rube and explicated to the advancedassembly and the problem of seeping oil at the process of assembly of the ferrule type tube.
