摘要
本研究采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法制备了负载型TiO2膜,并采用SEM、压汞等实验手段对Ti(OH)4溶胶和TiO2膜进行了表征。实验表明:Ti(OH)4溶胶制备过程中H2O/Ti4+、C2H5OH/Ti4+的比值,溶胶在支承管上浸涂的时间、次数以及凝胶煅烧升温速度和煅烧温度均是制备负载型TiO2膜的重要因素。最终制得一种无裂纹、20μm厚、孔径分布在50~300nm之间的负载型TiO2膜。
Supported TiO 2 membrane have been prepared by sol gel method.By using the SEM,pressing mercury techniques,Ti(OH) 4 sol and TiO 2 membrane have been characterized.The experimental results show that:The ratio of H 2O/Ti 4+ 、C 2H 5OH/Ti 4+ in preparing the sol,Impregnation time,the amount of aditives,speed of temperature raising,as well as terminal temperature in the process of membrane formation have directly affected the preparation of supported TiO 2 membrane directly.The thick of supported TiO 2 membrane is about 20μm.Being a good inorganic membrane its pore size is between 50~300nm.
