摘要
本文主要讨论ERP在制造业企业管理中的应用成败及产生原因。首先对制造业ERP应用情况进行了回顾,指出ERP实施成功率低的原因主要在于ERP软件、企业自身及应用环境等方面。接着对ERP实施现状进行了思考,提出了改变这一局面的相关措施,如企业自身应加强基础建设、进行业务流程重组、重视ERP咨询、慎重选择软件供应商等。
In the paper, we mainly discuss the implementation of ERP in enterprises of manufacturing industry. We look back to the use of ERP in the past, giving the reasons for the failure of ERP such as ERP software, enterprises themselves and environment,etc. Then, we ponder over the current situation of ERP implementation, putting out the necessary measures to change this situation, such as constructing enterprise fundamental, carrying through BPR, carefully choosing ERP consultation and ERP software supplier.
