摘要
公元5世纪,中国文化传到日本列岛,开始了中日在各个方面的相互交流。其中,两国间饮食文化的交流便是其中一个重要方面。日本的饮食,在两千多年来与中国的相互交流的过程中,不断学习对方的先进成果弥补自己的不足,同时根据自己的需求进行相应的改造,从而使日本的饮食文化得到了极大的丰富和提升。这一引进和改造发展的过程同时也是日本文化形成过程的一个缩影。通过对中日饮食关系的探讨和分析,可以发现日本的饮食正如日本文化一般充满了极大的混杂性。"混杂"一词,不仅反映了日本饮食的特征,也概括了日本文化的特征。
5th century A.D., Chinese culture diffused to Japanese, and the two cultures started to communicate in many aspects. In the communications, catering culture exchange was one of the most important ones. In more than two thousand years of exchange, Japanese catering kept absorbing advanced aspects from Chinese catering to improve, modifying itself according to native demand, and finally resulted in enrichment and development of Japanese catering culture. The process of import and modification on catering culture reflects the creation process of Japanese culture, thus, a prove into and analyses of the relation between Chinese and Japanese catering culture not only offer a chance to explore more content of Japanese catering, but also help understanding the features of Japanese culture.
