对应激性溃疡(SU)的发生机制、防治及研究进展作较全面的评述。认为以益气活血为治则,观察黄芪、三七有效部位及其配伍对内源性褪黑素(MT)及其受体的调节作用,是探讨益气活血中药对SU胃黏膜损伤预防机制的一个新的研究方向。

In this article, we reviewed the research of the stress ulcer in pathogenesy, prevention and cure. By observing the regulation of the active substance of HuangQi,SanQi and the compatibility of them to the melatonin and its receptor,we pointed that the prevention of Chinese medicine to the gastric mucosal damage of stress ulcer would be a new research direction on the therapeutical principle of YIQI HUOXUE.
