摘要
目的就STL模块与FEA模块在膝关节三维重建中的关系进行探讨,以便用MimicsV10.0软件获得更好的有限元分析预处理文件。方法利用GELightspeed16排螺旋CT的薄层扫描技术,基于1.25mm层厚,85层人体膝关节的连续断层图像,Mimics直接读入Dicom格式原始图像,运用阈值选取技术、三维区域增长技术、空洞填充技术,去除冗余数据,三维重建后获得左膝关节STL三维实体模型,再经面网格优化后的模型可保存为后缀名是.lis的Ansys有限元分析预处理文件,能直接导入An-sys有限元分析软件生成三维有限元模型。结果获得了图像质量更好的左膝关节FEA预处理模型,经面网格优化后的FEA预处理文件可直接导入Ansys有限元软件,进一步行运动生物力学分析。结论Mimics软件中FEA模块的面网格优化作用使STL三维模型的图像质量进一步提高,为后续的人体骨骼系统运动生物力学有限元分析的开展提供了可能。
Objective To approach the reference of the STL module and the FEA module in the 3D reconstruction of the knee, in order to obtain the better pre-proeessor file of the finite element analysis with Mimics V10. 0 software. Methods The thin layer scan technique of GE Lightspeed 16-slices spiral CT and based on 1.25-mm-thick 85 layer of human body knee and axis of CT continuous 2-dimensional pictures was used,The original Dicom format picture was read in the Mimics directly. After utilization Thresholding,3D Region Growing and Cavity fill to clean the redundancy data,the left knee STL 3D model was acquired by 3D reconstruction. Then Remeshed 3D model could be kept as the pre-processor file of Ansys named, lis as the suffix and be introduced into Ansys software directly to establish 3D finite element model. Results The FEA pre-processor model of the left knee of a better image was gotten ,The FEA pre-processor file after remeshing could be introduced into Ansys software directly to do biomechanics of sports analysis. Conclusion The Remeshing of FEA module of the Mimics software improves the image quality of STL 3D model further,this makes biomechanics of sports analysis of the human skeleton become possible.
