摘要
目的探讨糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变超微结构的动态变化。方法建立糖尿病大鼠模型,分别于成模后1周、4周、8周、12周在光镜和透射电镜下观察肾脏病理结构的改变。结果实验组大鼠随着病程的延长,呈进行性蛋白尿,4、8、12周时24h尿白蛋白排泄量与对照组有统计学意义。实验组大鼠血糖持续增高,肾脏超微结构发生变化。肾脏肾小球体积早期增大,毛细血管基底膜增厚,肾小管上皮细胞空泡变性与对照组有显著差异。结论糖尿病大鼠模型建立成功,糖尿病在肾脏病变的发病机制中有重要的作用。
Objective To explore the change of Kidney ultramicrostructure in diabetes rat. Methods Set up the model of diabetic rat, at 1 、4、8 and 12 weeks, weight, fast Blood glucose were observed. The pathological changes of kidney were examined by light microscope and electron microscope. Results Compared with the control group,diabetic rats expressed more 24-hour urinary microalhumin quantitation was significantly higher than the control group(P 〈 0. 01 )at 4 weeks、8 weeks and 12 weeks; The fast blood glucose of diabetic group sustained at high level. Compare with normal control group, the changes of kidney structure was obvious. Conclu- sion The model of STZ-induced diabetic rats was succeeding. Diabetes mellitus(DM) play important role at mechanism of diabetic nephropathy (DN).
