摘要 单唾液酸神经节苷脂在水溶液中易形成胶束,通常不被毛细管电泳分离。我们发现,使用含有α-环糊精的硼砂作为缓冲体系可以破坏胶束的形成,明显改变这些化合物的电泳行为。在最佳分离条件下,标准GM1被分裂成双峰。本文讨论了电泳缓冲液的组成及其浓度、场强、温度等参数对分离的影响。 A method for the separation of monosialogangliosides by high performance capillary electrophoresis(CE) is described. The CE separation of this class of compounds is generally difficult owing to their mixed micelle formation. The use of borax and α-cyclodextrin as buffer additive was found to be effective for improvement of selectivity and efficiency of separation. Under the optimum conditions, several forms of monosialogangliosides were successfully separated and the commercial standard GM, gave two peaks. The effect of the electrolyte compositions and their concentration, strength of applied electric field, capillary temperature etc. on selectivity and efficiency of separation was discussed.
