加强地方征信体系建设是建立整个社会信用体系的前提和基础。在了解征信和征信体系概念的基础上,来调查和分析我国目前地方征信体系建设的现状与存在的问题,然后从中央政府、地方政府、征信机构等三个层面来加强地方征信体系建设。

Strengthening local credit investigation system construction is the precondition and fundation of building the whole social credit system. By introducing the concept of credit investigation and credit investigation system, the paper analyzes the existing problems of Chinese local credit investigation system. In three aspects of central government, local government and the institution the paper presents some suggestions of strengthening local credit investigation system construction.
