摘要
在跨国公司对华业务不断发展的情况下,中国企业应以IT外包为重点,运用全球价值链理论构建中国企业承接服务外包的"三步走"战略框架。中国企业应该首先嵌入跨国公司主导的全球价值链,通过设立技术监听站与介入突破性创新、构建学习联盟与伺机反向并购、扩大企业规模与进行深度专业化等手段有针对性承接生产者驱动的IT外包、采购者驱动的IT外包和业务流程外包,最终掌握核心技术,实现自主创新。
Based on the global value chain ( GVC ) theory, this paper presents a "three - step" strategy for Chinese enterprises to use transnational corporation ( TNC ) service outsourcing focusing on IT industry. By embedding in the GVC dominated by the TNCs. According to the producer :driven IT outsourcing, buyer-driven IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing, China business should accept TNC service outsourcing respectively through establishing technology monitoring post and making breakthrough innovation, constructing learning alliance and merging and acquisition, and increasing business scale and deep specialization. In this way can Chinese enterprises master the core technology and accomplish original innovation.
