摘要
对作者提出的一种新型混合动力传动装置在多种不同工况下的传动特性进行了分析。该传动装置可在二自由度和单自由度的多种模式间切换工作,以适应混合动力车辆的各种工况要求,特别是在没有变矩器或主离合器打滑配合的情况下也能够实现平稳起步和换挡过渡。文中给出了高低速发动机独立驱动、ISG独立电驱动、并联混合驱动、制动回馈、发动机启动、车辆起步及换挡期间的转矩控制等工况的实现方法,并详细给出了各工况下的运动与转矩关系。
Transmission characteristic of a new type of power transmission unit that is proposed by the author is analyzed in different working condition. The unit can switch from single-degree-of-freedom mode to two-degree-of-freedom mode, which accommodates the requirements of hybrid vehicles. Especially, it also can help to start the vehicle and shift the gear peacefully without torque converter or main clutch in the power train. Different means are proposed to fit different drive condition, such as single engine drive, single ISG drive, parallel hybrid drive, break regeneration, engine start, torque control during vehicle start and gear shift, etc. Accordingly, the relationship of kinematics and dynamics in each drive condition also is analyzed.
