Multimedia and network technology are applied to the advanced art education more and more popular with the increasing maturation and development of their technology. Multimedia and network assisted teaching is the new trend in development of the home and abroad education , it has become an effective teaching method for all subjects. Multimedia and network technology are applied to piano teaching and musical performance that represent a new teaching idea and practice styles. This thesis talks about some significant research on the multimedia and network technology function and influence towards piano education and performance.
