基于分布式决策的团队工作中委托代理问题分析

Principal Agent Problem Analysis of Team Based on the Distributed Decision Making

团队中各成员之间关系不同,应该采取不同的方法分析解决团队工作中存在的问题;分布式决策具有解决多决策单元问题的优势,能够用统一的方式描述多个决策单元之间不同的关系。因此,为了更好的解决团队工作中存在的问题,本文应用分布式决策的思想,针对成员之间具有委托代理关系的团队中存在的问题进行分析,建立了相应的分布式委托代理模型,并分析了代理者不同风险偏好对决策的影响。

For the different relationship between the members of team, we should adopt different methods to resolve the existing problems; Distributed decision-making to better solve the multi-unit problems, will be able to describe the different relationships between the units in a unified way. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of team better, in this paper, the idea of distributed decision-making is applied to the management of team, with the principal agent DDM model developed for those team which are in relation ＂nun-team＂ and may exploit their information in an opportunistic way. Moreover, analysis of the risk preference impact on decision-making.
