摘要 细胞凋亡是能量依赖的细胞内死亡程序活化而导致的细胞自杀,由基因控制的细胞自主有序的主动死亡过程;心肌细胞缺氧/复氧(H/R)存在细胞凋亡。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)是细胞应激反应的重要信号分子,在H/R性心肌细胞凋亡中起着重要的作用,深入研究MAPK在心肌细胞凋亡中的作用,对临床上防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤具有非常重要的指导意义。 Cell Apoptosis is the cell suicide resulted from the activation of programmed cell death that the energy depends on,which is the spontaneous and orderly course of voluntary cell death controlled by the gene; hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) contains the cell apoptosis. MAPK is an important signal molecule of cell's stress response and play a significant role in the H/R cardiac myocyte apoptosis. The effects of MAPK should be studied deeply on the cardiac myocyte apoptosis, which will make a crucial instructional sense in clinically prevention of the ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury.
