摘要 脓毒症发病机制非常复杂,内容涉及感染、炎症、免疫、凝血及组织损害等一系列基本问题,并与机体多系统、多器官病理生理改变密切相关。T细胞功能失调与脓毒症发病密切相关。CD28:CTLA-4/B7是T细胞重要的协同刺激分子,对调节免疫具有非常重要的作用,可能在脓毒症发生和发展中起着关键作用。 The Pathogenesis of Sepsis is extremely complex. The content involves the infection, the inflammation, the immunity, the hemoglutinatiou and the organization harm and so on a series of basic questions,and with organism multi-systems, muhi-organ pathology physiology change close correlation cell function disorder is closely correlated with the occurrence of sepsis. CD2s :CTLA-4/B7 is important costimulatory molecules. To adjusts the immunity to have the extremely vital role, they might play a crit- ical role in the occurrence and development of sepsis.
