肿瘤是目前危害人类健康和导致死亡的重要疾病之一,肿瘤相关性疲劳(CRF)又是肿瘤患者最常见的症状之一,研究认为,80%～99%接受化疗的患者、65%～100%接受放疗的患者、33%～89%的晚期肿瘤患者均有过疲劳感,它直接影响到患者的生活质量。文章对CRF的定义、一般表现、相关因素、评估、诊断标准及治疗方法进行论述。

Tumor is very important disease at present that harms the human health and causes death, and cancer related fatigue （CRF） is one of the most common symptoms in tumor patients. Research shows that about 80% -99% patients that have accepted the chemotherapy,65% - 100% patients that have accepted the radiotherapy, and 33% - 89% advanced tumor patients have had a weary feeling which affects directly patient＇s quality of life. This article discusses CRF on its definition, general performance ,the relevant factors, assessment, diagnostic criteria and treatment methods.
