心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床综合征,常为各种器质性心脏病的终末阶段,随着高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等心血管疾病发病率的逐年上升,心力衰竭的病死率也在逐年提高。虽然药物治疗取得了很大的进展,但仍有许多心力衰竭患者疗效不佳。近年来临床实验发现应用双心室同步起搏可使心脏活动再同步、改善心功能、提高生活质量,开创了心力衰竭非药物治疗新的途径。

Heart failure was a complex clinical symptom, it was always the end stage of many kinds of heart disease, recently its case fatality is increasing year by year with gradually increased incidence of cardiovascular disease such as hypertension, coronary atheroselerotic herat disease and so on. Many patiens still have not better curative effect although its drug treatment has maken great progresses. The recent clinical test had found that synchronous biventricular pacing can achieve resynchronization in cardiomotility, promote heart function,improve the quality of life ,which started a new therapy for for heart failure without medication.
