摘要
外阴阴道念珠菌病是由念珠菌感染引起的常见的外阴阴道炎症,发病率很高,且治疗后极易复发。该病患者外阴瘙痒、灼痛,甚至坐卧不安,严重损害妇女的身心健康。文章从病原学、发病机制以及雌激素水平、疾病史、服药史和个人卫生习惯等高危因素方面综述了外阴阴道念珠菌病的病因研究进展,从而为有针对性地做好该病的预防保健措施提供了科学依据。
Vulvovaginal candidiasis（ VVC ） is a kind of vulvovaginal inflammation caused by candida infection, which has high incidence and easy to recur. Patients with this disease have pruritus vulvae, burning pain, and even restless sleep and sitting, which could threaten the physical and mental health of the women. This article reviews the etiopathogenisis progresses of vulvovaginal candidiasis from its high dangerous factors, which includes etiology , pathogenesis, estrogen level, case history, drug history, and individual hygienic habit, in order to provide scientific reference for its targetted prevention and health care measures.
