内脏痛过敏的神经生理机制研究近况 被引量:1

摘要 内脏痛是由内脏器官障碍所引起的,目前认为内脏痛过敏是引起内脏痛的最主要机制,但这种内脏痛过敏机制尚未完全明确,研究还处于初级阶段,存在很多假设,主要包括了外周敏感化机制和中枢敏感化机制,还有精神心理等因素的影响。目前研究主要集中于几种相关肽和介质,并且作用于相关神经递质的选择性药物已经获得,但要广泛应用于临床治疗还需要进一步的研究。对内脏痛过敏神经生理机制的研究,有助于临床寻找新的治疗靶点。 Human visceral pain is induced by visceral organizes dysfunctions. It is well recognized recently that visceral pain hypersensitivity is the most important mechanism of the visceral pain. The visceral pain hypersensitivity has not been completely explicated, the study of which is still in a primary period. There are many hypothesis mainly concentrated in peripheral and central hyperalgesia mechanism as well as psychology element. At present,some peptides and medium has been paid attention to. The drugs selectively on related neurotransmitters have already obtained, but it needs further researches for being used in clinical therapy widely. The study of neurophysiological mechanism of visceral pain hypersensitivity can help to find new point of the clinical therapy.
