摘要
脂联素是由白色脂肪组织分泌一种细胞因子,其在2型糖尿病的发生、发展中起着重要作用,有利于糖脂代谢,减轻胰岛素抵抗,保护胰岛β细胞功能,并能在一定程度上延缓糖尿病并发症的出现。而脂联素及其受体结构、功能的变化,以及多种因素造成的基因缺陷或表达异常,则导致胰岛素抵抗的发生或加重。针对胰岛素抵抗的治疗药物有些是通过影响脂联素的表达来发挥作用。
Adiponectin is a cytokine secreted by white adipose tissue. It played important roles in the genesis and development of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. It can regulate the metabolism of lipid and carbohydrate, ameliorate insulin resistance and protect the function of pancreatic islet beta cells, thereby postpone the development of Diabetic complications in some degree. The structural or functional changes of adiponectin and its receptor, gene defection or abnormal expression caused by many factors will result in or aggravate insulin resistance. Many therapeutic drugs alleviating insulin resistance can achieve its efficacy by affecting the expression of adiponectin.
