舒芬太尼是镇痛作用最强的阿片类药物,对心血管功能影响小,应用范围广泛。可用于术前、术中、门诊手术、重症监护室患者的镇静、镇痛;或者用于临床静脉全麻的诱导和维持,可作为清醒气管插管前用药;用于腰麻、神经阻滞麻醉和硬膜外麻醉;也可用于术后患者静脉及硬膜外镇痛、分娩镇痛、晚期癌症患者镇痛。给药途径多样,可经静脉、椎管内、鼻腔、眼结膜等给药。临床合理应用安全、可靠,效果优于芬太尼,值得推广。

Sufentannil is the opioid drugs having the strongest analgesic effect, which has been widely used and has small effect on cardiovascular function. This drug is not only used for the conscious-sedation and pain-relieving of patients pre-operation, post-operation, operation carried out in out-patient clinic and intensive care unit, which also can be used in the induction and maintalnance of venous whole anesthesia in clinic. It also can be used for medication before trachea cannula of patients with conscious. Besides that, it also can be used for venous and epidural analgesia of postoperative patients, analgesia during labor, analgesia for patients with terminal cancer. This drug also can be used by many ways, such as vein, internal canalis spinalis, nasal cavity, conjunctiva and so on. The application of this drug in clinic is safety and reliable, its effect is higher than fentanyl. It is worth generalizing.
