1987年以来，越南对国防军事领域实行了大规模的改革，努力构建一个能适应时代需要的国防军事体系。现根据越南报刊及国内外有关报道对越南国防建设20年作简要回顾与展望。一、简要回顾（一）革新国防军事思想。

Since 1987,Vietnam took a great reform in national defense and military, trying to establish a national-defensive military system that meets the dynasty requirement. The paper will retrospect Vietnam＇s achievement in national defense during the past 20 years and prospect according to the reports on Vietnamese native and foreign newspapers and magazines.
