中国明末清初青心才人的才子佳人小说《金云翘传》在中国知道的人不算多，并非家喻户晓。但它被越南著名诗人阮攸改编成喃传《金云翘传》后，却在越南文坛上大放异彩，家喻户晓，被越南文学界誉为“越南诗歌艺术的高峰”，“使用民族语言的卓越范例。”阮攸的《金云翘传》是借助中国青心才人的章回小说用越南民间通俗语言撰写的六八体诗歌小说。

This paper examines and compares the content, the authorship, the publication and the social background of the Chinese and Vietnamese versions of Kim Van Kieu Truyen, and attempts to find a reason why these works have had a different level of influence in their respective countries.
