V_2O_5含量对MoO_3-V_2O_5复合添加NiCuZn铁氧体性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用传统陶瓷工艺制备了(Ni_0.16Cu_0.2Zn_0.64O)1.02(Fe_2O_3)_0.98铁氧体材料,研究了MoO_3-V_2O_5复合添加对烧结特性和磁性能的影响。结果表明,复合添加MoO_3-V_2O_5能促进样品致密化,提高起始磁导率,并能降低功耗。当MoO_3为0.15wt%、V_2O_5为0.15wt%时,930℃烧结起始磁导率(μi>800)、功耗(305kW/m^3)、密度(5.12g/cm^3)都达到较大值。其值比同样配方只掺杂MoO_3的NiCuZn材料明显提高。 (Ni0.16Cu0.2Zn0.64O)1.02 (Fe2O3)0.98 ferrite was prepared by traditional ceramic process. The effects of mixed MoO3-V2O5 additives on the sintering behaviors and magnetic properties of NiCuZn ferrites were investigated. It was found that appropriate addition of mixed MoO3-V2O5 could promote densification of NiCuZn ferrites, improve their initial permeability and reduce their power loss. The initial permeability over 800 was achieved for the sample doped with 0.15wt% MoO3 and 0.15 wt% V2O5 and sintered at 930℃. It exhibited relatively higher sintered density (5.12g/cm^3) and lower power loss (305kw/m^3) than the NiCuZn ferrite sample doped with MoO3 alone.
