摘要
首先对陶瓷工业生产与管理中的多目标决策问题做了有针对性的讨论,为此目的而建议引入层次分析(AHP)的方法,并对其做了详细的介绍。之后,给出了在陶瓷窑用煤制气种类选择中的一个应用实例,并对AHP方法在此实例中的应用效果进行了评价。
Multi-objectives decision making situations ceramic enterprises face in their production and management were first explored and AHP was recommended and described for their settlement. Then an example of introducing AHP in choosing the right coal-generated gas for ceramic kiln was given, and its effect on decision making was also evaluated. This process provides more options for quantitative decision in ceramic industrial management and enhances the scientific level of decision making. It is also some help to the effectuation of such objectives as technical progress, high quality production, high yield, energy conservation, emission reduction, and working condition improvement
