摘要
采用塑性聚合物方法制备了不同成分的PZT基压电纤维。系统地研究了球磨时间、泥料配方及烧结工艺对压电纤维制备的影响,确定了粉体的最佳球磨时间、泥料的配方和烧结温度与时间,获得了高可塑性、高强度的PZT基压电纤维。
PZT-based piezoelectric fibers were fabricated by viscous polymer processing (VPP). The effects of milling time, composition of slurry and sintering condition on the preparation of the fibers were studied systematically. The best milling time of powder, composition of slurry and sintering temperature and time were determined. And PZT-based piezoelectric fibers with high plasticity and high strength were acquired.
