摘要
从江苏不同地区患眼炎、鼻窦炎的发病鸡群中共分离到32株形态大小一致、革兰氏阴性小杆菌,经形态学、培养特性、生化试验等系统鉴定结果表明,该细菌在麦康凯平皿上生长良好,形成光滑中央突起的珍珠状菌落,在鲜血平皿上产生β溶血,能凝集鸡红血球,尿素酶和硝酸盐还原试验均呈阳性,能运动。该菌不利用任何糖类,不能在6.5%NaCl培养基中生长,为无芽孢的革兰氏阴性小杆菌,诊断为禽波氏杆菌。人工接种细菌均能使雏鸡发生相似于自然病例的临床症状和死亡,并且从病变部位回收到相同细菌。在常见的抗生素药敏试验中,对氟哌酸高度敏感。
Thirty-two Brodetella avium isolates were isolated from the eye lids and nasopharynxes of diseased chickens in Jiangsu areas. Based on the morphology observation, culture distinguishing, biochemical parameters, pathogenicity and antibiotics sensitivity test,the results demonstrated that all isolates of bacteria formed smooth,convex, pearly colony on MacConkey agar,both urease and nitrite reduction test were positive,produced β hemocytolysis on the blood agar,hemagglutinated red blood cell (RBCs) of chicken. All isolates did not grow in 6.5% NaCI broth,did not utilize sugar. The isolates were identified as bordetella avium,a type of movable,nonendosporous,gram negative,tiny bacillus. The pathogenic and produced symptom of the bacteria in the chick were similar to natural cases and the bacteria were isolated from the chicken, All isolates were high sensitive to Norfloxacin.
