摘要
研究了新显色剂对氨磺酰基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(SDAA)与Hg(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在Triton X-100存在下,pH 9.6的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,试剂与Hg(Ⅱ)可生成一种红色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于470nm处,摩尔吸光系数(ε)为8.8×10~4,Hg(Ⅱ)含量在0~1.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内遵守朗伯-比耳定律,方法用于较复杂的合成样品和废水中微量Hg(Ⅱ)测定,得到满意结果。
The chromogenic reaction of the p-sulfamoyl-benzenediazoaminoazobenzene with mercury was reported in this paper. In the presence of Triton X-100 and in a borax buffer solution of pH 9. 6. the above mentioned reagent reacts with Hg( Ⅱ) to form a red complex, which has an absorption maximun at 470nm. The molar absorptivity (ε) is 8. 8× 10~4. Beer' s law is obeyed for Hg( Ⅲ ) in the range of 0~1. 0μg ·ml_(-1). The method has been applied to the determination of Hg( Ⅱ ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
