摘要
针对嵌入式系统对存储器的需求,提出了基于DDR2 SDRAM的存储方案。简要介绍DDR2器件HY5PS121621BFP及其硬件接口,给出了一个应用实例。
Aiming at the storage requirement for embedded system,a storage scheme based on DDR2 SDRAM is proposed in this paper.The DDR2 SDRAM HYSPS121621BFP and its hardware interface are introduced,an application example is provided .
