摘要
文章通过对傲胜国际公司成长历程的剖析,总结出"以现有业务满足新客户的需求而成长;满足现有客户的新需求而获成长;进入新业务领域满足新客户的新需求而获成长"的中小型企业成长的三条基本路径。以及通过地域扩张和市场重区隔这两条途径,获得现有产品的规模化成长;实施客户关系管理,开发现有客户的新需求;积累核心资源、运用资讯科技、借助外力聚合资源等相应的实施策略。
From the analysis of the growth of OSIM International, three paths of growth for SMEs are indicated: path 1, to expand the customer pool on the basis of existing business; path 2, to identify and satisfy new demands from the existing customers; and path 3, to develop new products or services to attract new customers. The products should be developed in a large scale from the regional expansion and market re-division; and the customer relationship management should be carried out to meet needs by accumulating resources, using information technology and related strategies.
