对中国医疗体制改革的再思考

在医疗领域,"看病贵、看病难"的问题现在比较突出。很多学者对此进行了分析,并提出了相应的医改建议。文章在重新思考这两大问题的基础上,对目前一些流行的建议和政策进行了反思。分析既有对目前医保思路的质疑,也有对完善医疗转诊制度的思考。其中对于在医疗保障体制中引入医疗券是较新的想法。

Poor access and high fee are the two major problems in China＇s health system. It is analyzed and suggestions are addressed, Based on re-considering of these two issues, some popular suggestions and policies are re-considered, The analysis in this paper includes questioning present policy in health security system, consummating the ideas of establishing transfer system; and the idea of “Medical Voucher” is very original.
