摘要 阐述电网关口的定义、作用和发展历程,考察关口电能计量装置的构成及其综合误差的来源和计算过程,以此为基础研究关口电能计量综合误差的不确定度评定方法。结合一个上网关口检测实例,计算各误差分量和综合误差,给出完整的不确定度计算评定方案和分析计算过程,获得关口综合误差的扩展不确定度,得到关口电能综合误差的完整表达。最后指出,关口电能综合误差计算及其不确定度评定具有实际意义,为关口电能计量装置综合性能评估提供了量化的依据。 Represent definition, function and development process about the electric energy metering device at the exchange point between the electric plant and the electric company. Seeing about the constitution of the electric energy metering device at the power exchange point, the source of composite error and calculating method about it are talked about. Based on these, the evaluating method of uncertainty in measurement of the composite error is also discussed. Associating an testing example of electric energy metering device at the power exchange point between the electric power plant and the electric power company ,various component compositions of electric energy error are calculated. Further more, complete scheme for calculating and evaluating of uncertainty in measurement is supplied, extended uncertainty of composite error is obtained, and full representation of composite error is also offered. Finally the significance of compositing error calculating and evaluating of uncertainty in measurement is pointed out, and warrant to evaluate comprehensive performance of the electric energy device by quantity is supplied accordingly.
