环保型固体胶棒的研制

Study on environmental-friendly solid adhesive rod

以聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性的白乳胶为胶粘剂,以琼脂和自制的硬脂酸钠为赋型剂,生产出粘接性能好的环保型固体胶棒。并探讨了配方中主要组分的种类选择及用量对固体胶棒粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明,当琼脂用量占总质量的2%、保湿剂乙二醇用量为5%、出料温度为60℃左右时,所得产品的综合性能为最佳。

With polyvinyl acetate （PVAc） emulsion of using polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） modified as adhesive,with the self-made sodium stearate and agar as the excipient, the environmental friendly type solid adhesive rod of better bonding properties was produced. The effect of the kinds and amount of primary composition on bonding properties of the solid adhesive rod were researched. The research results showed that overall properties was perfect when the agar amount was 2% in total mass, humectant-glycol amount was 5% by weight and discharge temperature was 60℃.
