聚乙二醇中末端羟基的定量分析方法

摘要 介绍了一种快速、简便的聚乙二醇(PEG)中末端羟基的定量分析方法。该方法是通过异氰酸苯酯在催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡存在下与PEG中的末端羟基反应而使末端的亚甲基在1HNMR光谱中的信号与其他的亚甲基信号分开,然后通过计算这两种亚甲基信号的积分强度比例即可得到羟基的含量。 A fast and simple method was introduced for the quantitative analysis of terminal hydroxyl content in polyethylene glycol(PEG). This method involves the reaction of terminal hydroxyl in PEG and phenyl isocyanate with dibutyl tin laurate as catalyst,and separated the terminal methylene signals in the ^1H NMR spectrum and other methylene signals, then obtained terminal hydroxyl content from counting the proportion of integral strength between them.
