摘要
研制了一种应用于航空、航天主电源电机磁钢片粘接的胶粘剂,该胶粘剂具有较高的使用温度(耐200℃)、高温强度高和绝缘性好等特点,已成功应用于主电源电机和发动机伺服电机中。该胶粘剂是由A、B双组分组成,其中A组分是以苯酚、甲醛为主剂,氯化锌为催化剂,在乙酸乙酯溶剂中于55~75℃时进行缩合反应而制得的耐热高甲阶酚醛树脂;B组分是以丁腈-40为增韧剂,辅以硫磺、氯化镁和硬脂酸等助剂而制成的。配合相应的磁钢片处理工艺和电机定子、转子的加工工艺,该胶粘剂用于电机中可以取得理想的效果,与传统方法相比,该胶粘剂使电机工作温度降低了30℃左右,明显改善了电机的耐热性和稳定性。
A advanced adhesive that used to adhibit the magnetic steel plates for main power motor was pre pared in the aero and spaceflight area, and there were characteristics of temperature resistance(200℃),high strength by high temperature and excellent insulation, etc. It has been succeed to application at main power motor and servo motor. The product was comprised of components A and B. Component A(phenolic resin of high heat resistance) was polycondensated from phenol and formaldehyde as starting materials and ZnC12 as catalyst in ethyl acetate solvent at temperature between 55 ℃ and 75 ℃. Component B was prepared with NBR-40 as toughener, and sulfur, stearic acid and MgCl2 as additives. If taken corresponding treatment technics of the magnetic steel plates and artifactitious technics for stators and rotors of motor, this adhesive would been achieved the ideal effect in motor. Compared with the traditional process, the working temperature of motor was decreased about 30℃, the temperature resistance and stability of motor was improved effectively.
