摘要
本文报道了对5种植物来源的中药郁金中挥发油的比较研究结果,测定了不同采收期以及不同加工方法郁金中挥发油含量,并采用GC-MS-DS法分析比较了郁金挥发油的组成及各组分含量。
This paper reported the results of comparative studies on essential oil from Chinese traditional drug Yujin(Tubers of Curcuma). The quantitative changes of essential oil in crude drug in different collecting periods and processed by various methods were determinde. The analytical results by GC-MS-DS shown that the constituent of essential oil from the tubers of five orginal plants were almost i-dentical, but there were large different on the contents of the essential oil.
