摘要
本文用环氧丙烷对壳聚糖进行了化学改性。结果表明:在壳聚糖、氢氧化钠和异丙醇重量比为1:1:16,反应温度30℃,反应时间4 h时,其产物有良好的水溶性,并用IR对产物进行了结构表征,其反应主要发生在-NH_2基团上。
The modification of chitosan by propylene oxide was studied. It was found that the product had a good solubility in water under reaction conditions of the weight ratio of chitosan to NaOH to iso-propyl alcohol with 1:1:15,reaction temperature 30℃ ,reaction time 4 h. The structure of the modified chitosan was discussed using IR spectroscopy. The results are consistent with N-substituted prior to that of C6 Position.
