纳米CuO对3Y-PSZ陶瓷材料烧结与机械性能的影响 被引量:1

INFLUENCE OF NANO-CuO ADDITIVE ON SINTER ABILITY AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF YTTRIA-PARTIALLY STABILIZED ZIRCONIA(Y-PSZ)

摘要 研究了微量(0.7~0.15mol%)CuO添加剂对3Y-PSZ陶瓷材料烧结和机械性能的影响。适量添加CuO可以促进3Y-PSZ的烧结并提高材料力学性能。经1500℃下2h烧成,添加0.45mol%纳米CuO的试样具有最高的抗弯强度和断裂韧性,其值分别为620MPa和12.2MPam1/2,比同样条件制备的纯3Y-PSZ分别提高了38%和46%。 The effect of small amount of CuO additive on the densification and mechanical properties of 3Y-PSZ was investigated. It was founded that CuO additive enhanced both the densification and mechanical properties of 3Y-PSZ.The specimens doped with 0.45mol% nano - CuO sintered at 1500℃ for 2h obtained the maximum flexural strength of 620MPa and fracture toughness of 12.2MPam1/2, respectively. Compared with monolithic 3Y-PSZ, the flexural strength and fracture toughness was improved by 38% and 46%.
