摘要
以Al、石墨、TiO2为原料,采用挤压成形、电弧点火自蔓延高温合成的方式,得到Al2O3—TiC导电蜂窝陶瓷材料。用XRD、SEM、EDS等分析测试手段对样品的物相组成、显微结构、微区成分、孔隙率、压溃强度等进行了测试及分析。结果表明,自蔓延高温合成法可以成功制备Al2O3—TiC复相蜂窝陶瓷材料;粘结剂、润滑剂、稀释剂等因素对样品的压制过程、烧结及孔隙率等有重要影响。
The electric honeycomb ceramics has been made from graphite, Al, TiO2 by squeezing molding and self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) of arc-ignition. X-ray diffraction, SEM, EDS methods have been used in the analyses of the composition, microstructure, 'and micro-composition. Meanwhile, the porosity and collapsing strength of sample have also been studied. The result shows that Al2O3-TiC honeycomb ceramics material could be made successfully by self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS). It also shows that the porosity of sample, pressing process and sintering process are affected strongly by the binder, lubricant and diluents.
