摘要
从我国内蒙古地区天然碱湖样品中分离的200余株嗜碱细菌中筛选到一株产生碱性纤维素酶的菌株N6-27,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌(Bacillussp)。产酶的最适碳源为核甲基纤维素钠(CMC),氮源为复合蛋白陈,Ma2CO3浓度为0.2%,酶反应的最适温度和pH分别为55℃和8.5,在50℃以下及pH6.0-11.0范围内稳定,主要作用废物为CMC,对滤纸、纤维素粉和结晶纤维素(Avicel)几乎不作用。
Bacillus sp. N6-27, which was screened from 200 strains isolated from soda lakes in Inner Mongolia, conshtutively produced an alkaline cellulase (CMCase). Higher production of CMCase reguired the presence of carboxymethyl cellulose and polypeptone with inihal pH 8.0-9.5 at 37℃. The optimal pH and temperature for enzyme actvity was 8.5-9.0 and 55℃,respechvely. The ophmal pH for enzyme stability was over the range of 6.0-0. It showed strong achvity toward CMC, but almost no achvity toward filter paper, cellulose powder and Avicel.
