摘要
介绍了环形加热炉的电气控制功能及实现,重点介绍装料控制、炉底机械旋转控制、出料控制、扒渣控制及自动出渣控制。在加热管坯品种多且规格更换频繁的复杂工况下,实现了整个生产过程的全自动,出料节奏及管坯加热质量完全满足工艺要求。
Electric control function and realization of rotary heating furnace is described. Charge control, under hearth mechanism rotation control, discharge control, slag removal control and automatic tapping slag control are emphatically introduced. Though parameters of billet are various and changed continually in complicated heating process, full automatic control of entire production process is achieved wonderfully, and output period and billet heating quality satisfy all technologic requirements.
