伴随着经济全球化的发展,高等教育国际化的趋势进一步加速。留学生教育是高等教育国际化的一个重要组成部分,其规模和层次已成为衡量一所大学发展水平、高等教育国际化水平及一个国家实力和形象的重要尺度之一。
With the development of economic globalization, the higher education internationalization＇ s tendency accelerates, International student education is an important component in higher education internationalization, its scale and the acdemic level related to development level of the university, the level of higher education internationalization and even to the national strength and image.
