摘要
21世纪是国际化、信息化的时代,高等院校培养的人才也必须适应新时代的要求。为了提高外语教学水平,聘请外籍教师是各高等院校通行的做法,但是高薪聘请来外籍教师之后,有的在教学中发挥的作用并不理想。其原因是多种多样的,除了外籍教师自身水平能力、责任心等之外,更多的是其教学与中国的外语教学实际结合不紧。为解决此类问题,在日语教学中尝试了中外教师45分钟组合教学,取长补短,充分发挥外籍教师的作用,取得了很好的教学效果。
21st century is an era of internationalization and informationization, to which education at university level must be adapted. In order to impure the level of foreign language teaching, it is a general practice for Chinese universities and colleges to employ foreign teachers. However, the well - paid foreign teachers may not always give rise to the desired teaching results. There are a variety of reasons for this failure: besides foreign teachers' disqualification and lack of the sense of respomibility, etc. , a more profound reason is the mismatch between their teaching and Chinese reality. To solve the problem, we have tried a Sino -foreign 45 -minute pair -teaching that could offset foreign teachers' weaknesses and brought them into full play and achieved good results in teaching Japanese to Japanese majors.
